“My mother passed away in 2001. The funeral was over, all the bills were paid and everyone went back to their respective lives. A year later my cousin went to the grave site and found no marker for my mom (my dad's name had been inscribed). I used my Suncoast account to pay the necessary fees to have the problem taken care of.
Then to my surprise,two years later I received an email, from the same cousin, stating that the grave site still did not have Mom's name. I made several calls to New Jersey and was told that I had never sent a check to cover the cost of the inscription.
I called Suncoast and asked how to obtain a copy of a check that I thought had been drawn on my personal account, that was now almost three years old. The person that I spoke to told me that she would research the problem. Much to my surprise three days later a copy of the check arrived. There was not even a charge for this help.
